Job Description

As a Roofing Division Manager you will play a critical role in overseeing and leading all aspects of the Evansville roofing division within our company.

Your primary responsibility will be the overall management and day to day operations of our Evansville Roofing Division. This is to include but not limited to sales production callbacks customer care customer service and safety.You will be instrumental in maintaining the divisions growth and profitability while upholding the companys reputation for excellence in roofing solutions.

Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Supervise all full roof replacement jobs and subcontractor crews
    • Work daily with other divisions to coordinate workflow
    • Verify work orders materials deliveries and pickups
    • Quality Control inspections as a final walkthrough with the homeowner and subcontractor for all roofing projects
    • Customer communication (via phone email captivated and inperson) that reflects the Bone Dry Way with all roofing projects
    • Make each job a success by earning the clients satisfaction and recommendation
    • Resolve complaints issues and warranty claims in a timely and professional manner
    • Scheduling Manager communication in board management and roofing scheduleEnsure budgets and goals are met by working with the General Manager (GM) to guarantee the roofing division is adhering to Bone Dry policies and processes
    • Manage workflow and expenses to ensure maximum efficiency and profitabilitySubcontractor invoices
    • Collect payment on all projects no later than 7 daysWork closely with the GM manufacturers subcontractors and suppliers to maintain positive relationships.
    • Fill in where needed as an inspector production worker or in the office as work dictates and be able to perform all the tasks within your supervision
    • Collect and analyze company data relevant to your department
    • Noting accounts of all customer interactions and errorsAct as a representative of Bone Dry Roofing for the community and public relations
    • Member of the Management Support team requires weekly meetings
    • Identify Discuss and Solve company issuesLead Manage and Accountability

Requirements

    • High School Diploma or Equivalent College Degree Preferred
    • Valid drivers license
    • Pass a background check
    • 3 Years previous experience in related field
    • Management/Leadership experience required
    • Ability to use all types of ladders
    • Ability to get on all types of roofs
    • Must be able to occasionally lift and carry 50 lbs.
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Must possess the ability to positively and professionally interact with coworkers the general public contractors vendors and Bone Dry Roofing clients
    • Excellent time management organization problem solving and attention to detail skills
