Job Description
Job Title: Team Lead CBD Store
Location: Fayetteville North Carolina
Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and knowledgeable Team Lead to join our CBD Store team at ENDO
Dispensary and Wellness. The Team Lead will support store management in daily operations guide and
inspire team members and provide excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have a passion
for CBD products a strong understanding of the cannabis industry and the ability to foster a positive
work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership:
Assist the Store Manager in recruiting training and mentoring team members.
Promote a positive team culture through effective communication and collaboration.
Lead by example; demonstrate professionalism and a commitment to exceptional customer service.
Sales Support:
Support sales initiatives by actively engaging customers and promoting products.
Help develop and implement strategies to achieve sales goals and enhance customer engagement.
Monitor sales performance and provide feedback to team members.
Customer Service:
Ensure that each customer receives outstanding service through personalized attention and
knowledge of products.
Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Educate customers about the benefits and proper usage of CBD products.
Store Operations:
Assist with inventory management including receiving shipments stocking shelves and maintaining
product displays.
Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations relating to the sale of CBD products.
Help maintain a clean and organized store environment.
Reporting & Communication:
Prepare and share sales reports and customer feedback with the management team.
Assist with the coordination of instore promotions and events.
Communicate team performance and challenges to the Store Manager.
Qualifications:
Must be 21 years of age
High school diploma or equivalent; bachelors degree in business management or a related field
preferred.
13 years of retail or leadership experience preferably in the cannabis or wellness industry.
Strong knowledge of CBD products industry trends and legal compliance.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fastpaced environment.
Proficient in basic computer skills and pointofsale systems.
Must be able to pass background check and drug screening.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
Ability to perform tasks that include stocking shelves and managing inventory.
