GROUP TEAM LEADERresponsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of the department.
This role involves leading a team setting goals assigning tasks and ensuring that the group's objectives align with the overall goals of the organization.
Responsibilities will include but not limited to:
Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner
Itineraries reservations
Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
Requirements and skills
Minimum 5 years’ experience in dealing with clients (quotes / proposals / customer relations)
Experience in providing solutions based on operational needs
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
Excellent organizational skills
Ability in problemsolving and negotiation
Excellent computer skills MS WORD MS EXCEL OUTLOOK
Experience in other computer software a plus (tourplan wetu etc.
Fluent in English and have excellent written and verbal communication skills
