Job Description
GROUP TEAM LEADERresponsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of the department.
This role involves leading a team setting goals assigning tasks and ensuring that the group's objectives align with the overall goals of the organization.
This role involves leading a team setting goals assigning tasks and ensuring that the group's objectives align with the overall goals of the organization.
Responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner
- Itineraries reservations
- Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
Requirements and skills
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in dealing with clients (quotes / proposals / customer relations)
- Experience in providing solutions based on operational needs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability in problemsolving and negotiation
- Excellent computer skills MS WORD MS EXCEL OUTLOOK
- Experience in other computer software a plus (tourplan wetu etc.
- Fluent in English and have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- French speaker if possible but not essential
