Job Description
Key Accountabilities
In this Regional Leadership Role you will be responsible for Customer Success for the Ad & Design team with Brand & Media SA&I Practice Area across APAC reporting into the SA&I Brand & Media Customer Success regional leader. Key responsibilities encompass of Ad & Design research work with excellence while maintaining delivery standards driving high operational efficiency and a strong focus on growing our Ad & Design expertise in the region.
Core Responsibilities
- Support the APAC Brand & Media Customer Success lead in designing the Ad & Design solution area balancing methodological and technical needs
- Support hub strategy for Ad & Design
- Help evolve Neuro solutions in APAC region
- Coordinate and drive crosstraining programs in order to maximize solution and delivery excellence expertise and staffing flexibility
- Set and measure a high level of delivery standards driving client satisfaction
- Represent Ad & Design team at key meetings and engagements as relevant
- Drive high level employee engagement and retention
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability to drive organizational efficiency
Qualifications :
Qualifications
- Proven track record in Analytics Consultancy/ Market Research leadership roles
- Expertise in (application of) Ad & Design is a plus
- Proven leader of high performing teams
- Bachelors Degree required Masters preferred or equivalent experience
- Good knowledge of NielsenIQ products services and data preferred
- Strong analytical skills
Skillsets
- Strong sense of urgency and accountability to drive client outcomes
- Able to work collaboratively with internal & external teams
- Strong logic deductive reasoning problemsolving and critical thinking skills
- Skilled & polished communicator including client presentations
- Able to synthesize data & simplify findings to solve client business issues
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience using large data sets to finding insights and make recommendations
- High saydo ratio
