Job Title: Automation Specialist (Selenium and amp; Python) (Intern to Hire)
Location: Marathahalli Bangalore (Onsite)
Job Type: Internship 3 Months) FullTime
Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Automation Specialist with expertise in Selenium and Python to design develop and maintain automation frameworks for web applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in test automation scripting and CI/CD integration to ensure efficient and reliable test .
Key Responsibilities:
Develop implement and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium and Python.
Design robust automation frameworks and reusable components for efficient testing.
Collaborate with developers QA engineers and product teams to define automation requirements.
Execute automated test cases and analyze results to identify defects.
Integrate automation testing with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins GitHub Actions etc..
Maintain test environments and troubleshoot automation failures.
Document automation processes test results and best practices.
Required Skills and amp; Qualifications:
Proven experience in automation testing using Selenium WebDriver and Python.
Strong understanding of objectoriented programming and scripting principles.
Handson experience with test automation frameworks (PyTest Robot Framework etc..
Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins GitLab CI/CD or Azure DevOps.
Experience with version control systems (Git SVN).
Knowledge of API testing (Postman REST Assured) is a plus.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in cloudbased testing platforms (Browser Stack Sauce Labs).
Knowledge of performance and security testing methodologies.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Education and amp; Experience:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
Internship Details:
Duration: 3 Months Internship FullTime Offer
Stipend: 15000
FullTime Package: Up to 4.5 LPA (Based on Performance)
Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday 10:30 AM 7:30 PM (Alternative Saturdays Working)
