Job Description
- Provide excellent onboarding training & activation to the newly signedup foodpanda partners
- Conduct test orders and other troubleshooting processes to ensure that the onboarding is effective
- Work closely and proactively with the Sales Account Management Supply and Content teams to make sure that all tasks and requirements are both accurate and conducted in a timely way
- Coordinate with the Vendor Support Team in line with the gadget inventory management.
- Prepare decks announcements informational videos and other vendorrelated materials
- Coordinate and resolve any issues that arise with Active Incubation vendors. Proactively identify opportunities for improving vendor performance reducing fail rate and enhancing vendor collaboration.
- Support in spotting and improving gaps/weaknesses in current commercial & marketplace processes to drive efficiencies
Qualifications :
- The internship must be an academic requirement with atleast 200 hours requirement
- Has a keen eye for detail organized and can juggle multiple tasks effectively
- Possesses a driven selfmotivated and teamoriented attitude.
- Strong analytical communication and interpersonal skills and a customeroriented mindset
- Enjoys getting along with people from different backgrounds
- Able to manage largescale training sessions with at least ten or more participants
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills fluency in both English and Tagalog; other Filipino language is a plus
- Can work well under pressure
- Currently taking up a degree in Business Management Communications Marketing Graphic Design or equivalent
- Knowledgeable in various video audio phone and chat communication tools such as Google Meet and Zoom
- Proficient in Google Tools specifically Sheets
- Good analytical and research skills
- Ability to take the initiative and drive results
