Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelors degree in Business Banking Finance or a related field.
A Masters degree in Management or a related discipline is a plus.
A minimum of 10 years of experience in managing medium to largescale projects particularly within the banking industry.
Demonstrated ability in leading strategic and operational project planning and .
Skills and Competencies:
Strong leadership and project management skills.
Proven track record of managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
Excellent communication analytical and problemsolving abilities.
Ability to manage project budgets and timelines effectively.
Knowledge of uptodate project management techniques and industry best practices.
Responsibilities:
implement a bankwide project management philosophy by ensuring the consistent use of tools processes and methodologies across all functions. They will define clear project objectives monitor progress manage risks and resolve issues while ensuring alignment with corporate goals. The role involves collaborating with crossfunctional teams overseeing budgets and providing regular updates to senior management. Additionally the Project Manager will integrate industry best practices work with the Change Management team to address potential challenges and identify opportunities for process improvements throughout the project lifecycle
