PositionHR Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands grievances or other issues
- Managing the recruitment and selection process Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
- Conducting employee onboarding and help plan training & development
- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
- Provide support to employees in various HRrelated topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
- Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies
- Undertake tasks around performance management
- Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews
- Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly applying new perks and benefits and organizing team building activities
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations Plan an effective succession plan To assist in Leave administration. Implement Process and exit interview for resigning employees Maintain Employee files and records.
