Job Description
Job Title: Senior Java and Boomi Developer
Java Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Javabased applicationsusing core Java and advanced Java (Java 17.
- Design and implement microservicesusing Spring Boot and other relevant frameworks.
- Build and consumeRESTful APIsand web services.
- Integrate with databases ensuring performance optimization (e.g. SQL databases like PostgreSQL Oracle).
- Write unit and integration tests usingJUnit TestNG Mockito or other testing frameworks.
DevelopSQLqueries and analyze data to support application development and production issues.
Implementobjectoriented design principlesand patterns for scalable and maintainable codebases.
Ensure adherence toclean code principlesand write reusable modular code.
Troubleshoot and debugJava applications ensuring optimal performance and security.
Participate incode reviewsand provide constructive feedback to peers.
FollowAgile methodologies(Scrum) and participate in sprints daily standups.
Useversion control systemslike GitHub for source code management.
Implement and manageCI/CD pipelinesusing GitHub Actions.
Collaborate with DevOps teams forcloud deployment and infrastructuremanagement (AWS).
Design configure and implementSpring Batchjobs for processing large datasets and scheduling tasks.
Implement dynamic web pages and views usingJSP (Java Server Pages).
Design and implement authentication and authorization mechanisms usingKey Cloakfor identity and access management ensuring secure communication throughOAuth 2.0andJWT tokens.
LeverageSAML/SSO integrationfor single signon and authentication.
- Proficiency inPostgres PL/SQL and Oracledatabase technologies.
Strong knowledge on Message oriented middleware concepts including different Messaging styles (Asynchronous pubsub) Messaging APIs (JMS STOMP AMQP REST)
Strong working experience designing event driven architecture Kafka RabbitMQ/ActiveMQ infrastructure for various environments (Dev Test Prod etc.
Working experience with Java Spring MVC Spring Boot Spring Batch and Microservices (API) and Oracle RDS SQL.
Experience building continuous delivery (DevOps) pipelines for Jenkins Kafka RabbitMQ/ActiveMQ components.
Boomi Key Responsibilities
5 Years of experience in Enterprise Integration Patterns and Enterprise application architecture (Designing Building and Deploying Messaging Solutions).
Strong handson experience inBoomiProcess building & deployment API management alert framework/exception handling connectors/listeners and integration packs usage.
Experience in Cloud Integration using DellBoomi
Strong understanding ofSOAprinciples and implementation Integration knowledge
Familiar and experienced with technologies of the major Integration platforms.
Strong experience with building integrations with DellBoomi.
Must be familiar withAPIandMicroservicesand other Opensource integration related technologies.
Strong experience onAPIsDesign and Development (RAML REST SOAP)
Certification in Middleware Platforms (Integration Professional Solution Design Specialist).
Understanding of Development Methodologies (Agile) Estimation Techniques.
Hands on experience in setting up Boomi environments and configurations preferably forBoomionAWS
Handson experience in troubleshootingSFDCconnectors/listeners Database Connectors andWeb services Connectors/Listener complex scripts (Java or Groovy scripts) process/ subprocesses interdependencies and scheduled data jobs
Thorough understanding ofREST SOAP Web services and API CommunicationprotocolsS/FTP/S HTTP/S File I/Oetc.
Ability to understand and document the upstream and downstream dependencies of Boomi APIs
Strong experience with enterprise application security (API/Messaging) andBoomicode vulnerabilities
Knowledge ofBoomi Processbuilding development and good understanding of various data formatsXML JSON CSV Databaseis an addon.
Boomi platform governance connector license management and continuous platform improvements.
