The Role
As an Infant Teacher youll play a vital role in shaping the minds and hearts of our littlest learners. You will:
- Provide Nurturing Care: Create a warm safe and loving environment where infants feel secure promoting healthy emotional and social development.
- Implement Developmentally Appropriate Curriculum: Follow our L.E.A.P. curriculum to deliver stimulating activities that foster cognitive physical and language development through ageappropriate play and exploration.
- Build Strong Relationships: Cultivate positive and trusting relationships with infants parents and fellow teachers. Facilitate open communication about each childs progress.
- Maintain a Clean and Organized Environment: Ensure the infant classroom is safe clean and organized to promote optimal learning and wellbeing.
Qualifications
- Passion for Early Childhood Education: A genuine love for infants and a desire to make a positive impact on their development.
- Educational Background:
- Associates degree in Early Childhood Education OR related field preferred.
- High school diploma/GED required with experience in a licensed childcare setting.
- Certifications: CPR and First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Patience Kindness and Creativity: Ability to work with infants in a calm and supportive manner using creativity to engage their minds.
- Strong Communication & Collaboration Skills: Build positive relationships with parents and work collaboratively within a team environment.

Each character has a unique personality and area of interest and brings learning to life by allowing children to explore the world through fun and imagination.
