Job Description
Your opportunity
We are currently seeking an Optical Trainer who will report to the Trade Marketing Manager as part of our dynamic commercial Iberian Team.
How you will contribute
- Implement technical training programs for all the different targets in scope (Sales Associates Brand Ambassadors LABs Optical Schools) in the assigned area.
- Execute training programs through different types of formats (classroom training instore training onfield coaching webinar etc..
- Define the most effective local training strategy based on assigned KPIs and business priorities.
- Ensure local customization of the training materials provided by HQ according to the specific markets needs.
- Provide support during local Sales events by reinforcing technical messages during collections presentation.
- Control and monitor the travel budget to ensure most cost effectiveness.
- Connect with Optical Trainers of other markets to share strategies and best practices.
- Monitor competitors learning tools and programs and report to HQ.
- Be curious and proactive in searching new and efficient training solutions and methodologies.
- Understand Brands business model and objectives with a major focus on Brand DNA heritage collections product features and technicalities.
Who you are
- 34 years of experience in a similar role
- Degree in Optics and Optometry or previous experiences in Optical Industry as a must
- Excellent training contents creation and good level of copywriting
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Proficiency in MS Office and advanced Power Point expertise
- Familiarity with both traditional and modern training methods
- Strongly focused on results and respectful of deadlines
- Dynamic proactive flexible and curious committed to teamwork.
- Strong team player and excellent communicator with an entrepreneurial spirit autonomy and problemsolving skills
- Passionate and enthusiastic about optical training and product development
- Car driving license
- Open to travel 80 Time (fieldbased position)
