Job Description
- Develop detailed landscape designs plans and 3D models in accordance with client requirements and company standards.
- Conduct site analysis including assessment of existing flora topography and infrastructure.
- Collaborate with clients contractors and other professionals to ensure project objectives and timelines are met.
- Prepare proposals including concept designs cost estimates and project timelines.
- Ensure compliance with local zoning laws building codes and environmental regulations.
- Provide guidance on the selection of materials plants and other elements for landscaping projects.

Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Landscape Architecture or related field.
- Professional licensure as a Landscape Architect is required.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in landscape design and project management.
- Proficiency in landscape design software (e.g. AutoCAD SketchUp Adobe Creative Suite).
- Strong knowledge of horticulture environmental design and urban planning.
- Excellent communication presentation and client management skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
