• Motion Technologies: (Revenue of $1.4B; headcount of 4000; operates in 13 countries) manufactures brake components and specialized sealing solutions shock absorbers and damping technologies primarily for the global automotive truck and trailer public bus and rail transportation markets.

• Visually review parts for non conformances such as paint damage rust dents/dings etc.
• Manually fill out hard copy form
• Able to use a computer
• Input data into predeveloped excel files
• Take photos for visual aids for review and corrective action
• Work in a union environment
• Standing for most of the day
• Bending twisting moving of parts 30 lbs. or less
• Potential for nonstandard work times
• Overlap between 1^st and 2^nd shift
