Job Description
Your contribution to something big:
- Apply advanced statistical methodologies to attract select develop and retain top talent;
- Create and deliver impactful dashboards and data visualizations generating strategic business insights;
- Interpret statistical and psychological models to predict and explain key factors such as performance engagement and retention;
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify peoplerelated challenges and gather relevant data for analysis;
- Develop and refine HR metrics based on psychological models;
- Use predictive modeling to optimize employee experience and enhance organizational processes.
Qualifications :
What distinguishes you:
- Education: Bachelors in Psychology Social Sciences or similar area;
- Experience: Experience in HR processes or people analytics;
- Knowledge: Very good knowledge of advanced statistical techniques and concepts. Also in programming languages such as: R or Python;
- Languages: Fluent English both written and spoken (C1 level) German would be an asset;
- Personality: Analytical mindset business acumen problemsolver and excellent communicator.
