Qualifications :
What distinguishes you:
- Education: Bachelors in Psychology Social Sciences or similar area;
- Experience: Experience in HR processes or people analytics;
- Knowledge: Very good knowledge of advanced statistical techniques and concepts. Also in programming languages such as: R or Python;
- Languages: Fluent English both written and spoken (C1 level) German would be an asset;
- Personality: Analytical mindset business acumen problemsolver and excellent communicator.
