Conduct outbound calls to individuals facing credit card debt or financial hardship
Build rapport and earn trust during the initial conversation
Ask guided questions to understand the prospect s financial situation
Qualify leads and schedule followup appointments with financial advisors
Handle objections empathetically and professionally
Update CRM tools with accurate call and appointment data
Ensure a smooth handoff to the next stage in the customer journey
Strong verbal communication skills in English
Experience in customer service sales or collections is a plus
Comfortable discussing sensitive financial topics with empathy and professionalism
Goaldriven and capable of handling highvolume calls
Typing speed of at least 40 WPM
Stable internet connection (minimum 70 Mbps)
Onsite work set up (Makati) on shifting schedule
40 hours per week (Night Shift aligned with U.S. business hours)
Project Base with possibility to transition to regular employment.
