Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic MS Dynamics CRM Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Power Platform Azure integration services and strong leadership capabilities. As a Dynamics CRM Lead you will play a pivotal role in CRM implementation integration and providing technical guidance and mentorship to the team. Your role will require proactive engagement with clients managing expectations and consistently delivering effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead CRM solution design development and deployment across multiple projects ensuring best practices and highquality standards.

  • Act as a senior Dynamics 365 developer and provide leadership for at least two full lifecycle CRM implementations.

  • Design and develop customizations plugins workflows Azure functions and logic apps ensuring seamless integration and optimized performance.

  • Develop and manage deployments using managed solutions emphasizing robust scalable and maintainable practices.

  • Leverage Power Apps and Power Automate to enhance user experiences and automate business processes effectively.

  • Integrate MS Dynamics CRM seamlessly with external systems through Azure APIM Web APIs or similar middleware.

  • Develop insightful and actionable reports using SSRS and Power BI dashboards enabling informed decisionmaking.

  • Provide expert guidance on service modules optimizing customer service processes within the CRM.

  • Prepare technical specifications manage change requests and accurately estimate efforts required for enhancements.

  • Proactively identify risks manage client expectations and maintain clear consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Implement and manage version control systems and continuous integration/deployment pipelines to streamline development processes.

Technical Expertise:

  • Extensive handson experience 6 years) in Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Dynamics 365.

  • Demonstrated experience in Azure integration services (Azure Functions Logic Apps Azure APIM).

  • Proficiency in Power Apps and Power Automate with a proven track record of automating business processes.

  • Expertise in Web API development and integration with both internal and external systems.

  • Strong reporting skills utilizing SSRS and Power BI.

  • Solid understanding of service modules and experience in enhancing customer service operations.

  • Competence in version control systems and experience with CI/CD environments.
