Our client a leading financial services organization is undergoing a digital transformation initiative to modernize its products and services. As part of this initiative they are transitioning from an on-premise Dynamics CRM environment to the Dynamics 365 cloud platform. The CRM system is at the core of their operations and is heavily customized and integrated requiring technical precision innovation and a deep understanding of CRM ecosystems.
We are seeking a highly skilled Dynamics 365 Functional Analyst to join the Client Management Product Family. You will play a critical role in the transformation of the current CRM (Dynamics v8.2 On-Prem) to Dynamics 365 Cloud. The role requires a strong functional and technical grasp of the Dynamics ecosystem and experience working in agile delivery squads.
You will work closely with developers test automation specialists product owners business analysts security teams and architects to define document and configure technical solutions that meet business needs in a highly integrated environment.
Act as the CRM system expert maintaining a holistic view of its architecture and interactions with integrated systems (loan financing consulting marketing).
Analyze business needs and recommend technological solutions aligned with the systems architecture and best practices.
Design and document functional and technical specifications diagrams and acceptance criteria using Azure DevOps and Confluence.
Configure and customize Dynamics 365 CRM components including dashboards templates business rules etc.
Ensure system stability quality and compliance with documentation and software development lifecycle (SDLC) standards.
Collaborate across teams to implement system enhancements integrations and resolve incidents related to critical systems.
Demonstrate technical leadership and adaptability to embrace and apply new methodologies to meet organizational objectives.
Participate actively in Agile ceremonies and team collaboration sessions.
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Functional Analyst.
Strong hands-on experience with Dynamics CRM Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
Proven ability to analyze model and document complex business processes.
Experience writing user stories and technical/functional requirements in Azure DevOps.
Strong documentation skills using tools like Confluence.
Working knowledge of APIs design documentation security and consumption.
Experience with relational databases (SQL Server MySQL); proficiency with SQL Server Management Studio.
Understanding of application security standards (OWASP Top 10 SANS 25) and ability to apply relevant countermeasures.
Previous experience in multi-system integration.
Industry experience in Financial Services is required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Fluent in French (5/5) and English (4/5) Bilingualism is mandatory.
Experience in highly customized CRM environments with over 100 custom entities.
Background working in complex IT ecosystems involving multiple teams and systems.
Strong problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
High level of professionalism integrity and work ethic.
Leadership and coaching abilities are an asset.
Able to thrive in a matrix environment (reports to both Chapter Lead and Delivery Lead).
Consultants must take a minimum of 25 non-billable days per fiscal year (April 1 March 31). These include:
Vacation days
Sick/personal leave
December 2631 (3 non-holiday days)
1 Hack & Learn Day (for IT consultants)
Statutory holidays are also non-billable.
