We are seeking a detailoriented and analytical Revenue Manager to join our team in Novotel Visakhapatnam Varun BeachThe Bheemili Resort Managed by Accor & Novotel Vijayawada Varun. As a Revenue Manager you will play a crucial role in maximizing our organizations revenue and profitability through effective pricing strategies and datadriven decisionmaking.
- Develop and implement revenue management strategies to optimize pricing and inventory allocation
- Analyze market trends competitor pricing and demand patterns to make informed decisions
- Utilize revenue management systems and data analysis tools to forecast demand and identify revenue opportunities
- Collaborate with sales marketing and operations teams to align revenue strategies across departments
- Generate regular reports and presentations on revenue performance key metrics and market insights
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of pricing strategies and make adjustments as needed
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance revenue management efficiency
- Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices in revenue management
- Provide training and guidance to team members on revenue management principles and techniques
- Participate in budget planning and forecasting processes
Qualifications :
- 35 years of experience in revenue management or related field
- Proficiency in revenue management systems and data analysis tools
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent financial modeling and forecasting abilities
- Indepth understanding of pricing strategies and yield management techniques
- Knowledge of market trends and competitive landscape in the industry
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strategic thinking and decisionmaking capabilities
- Experience in the hospitality or travel industry is preferred
- Revenue Management certification is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
