About the Role
We are seeking a detailoriented Accountant to perform financial analysis reporting and auditing functions. The ideal candidate will compile financial data prepare journal entries and support organizationwide financial reports while ensuring compliance and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct P&L Balance Sheet Cash Flow Tax and Reconciliation analyses.
- Prepare and review journal entries ensuring proper documentation of transactions.
- Assist in preparing annual comprehensive financial reports and quarterly interest allocations.
- Perform audit functions and review internal reports for accuracy.
- Maintain and update financial records in ACCESS databases and Excel spreadsheets.
- Collaborate on process improvements and written procedure documentation.
Required Skills & Experience
- 3 years of accounting experience including:
- General ledger management and monthend close.
- Auditing and financial reconciliation.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel ACCESS).
- Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Selfmotivated with the ability to work independently.
Education Requirements
- Bachelors degree (or higher) in Accounting or Business Administration (Accountancy concentration).
