Objectives:
The key objective of this role is to develop and grow new business following new leads to achieve targets for equipment order intake and associated services. To prospect and develop new customers capture requirements and coordinate the preparation of proposals and quotations
The Role:
  • Identify engage and fulfil opportunities selling the full range of our clients equipment.
  • Develop and maintain relationships.
  • Business development of new customers in UK and Ireland.
  • Provide accurate and timely reports on sales activities and maintain accurate CRM data
  • Develop customer and sector sales plans
Key Skills:
  • Acquisition and growth of customer base
  • Business development skills (Hunting new business)
  • Sector customer and product knowledge
  • Relationship management and networking
The person:
  • Experienced in selling packaging machinery or solution selling
  • A driven selfstarter
  • Enjoys the challenge of winning new business
  • Experience of long sales cycles
  • Understanding of the production process
  • Analytical mindset
