Job Description
The role will partner with and support Supply Chain operational leaders in one or more of the following key areas: financial planning and analysis for Procurement Manufacturing Logistics Inventory. This role is key to ensuring that processes operate efficiently around reporting and analytics in your area of responsibility. To that end the role will have many opportunities to create and improve processes and analytics to support supply chain operating efficiencies agenda.
What You Will Do:
- Support and coordinate financial performance analysis and metrics with the Supply Chain and Business Units organizations
- Manage reporting and analysis for plan forecasts monthly performance and monthend closing processes adhoc reporting and analysis as required
- Track and validate savings projects driving improvement through sound financial advice
- Partner with SC Finance teams in design / coordination of forecast and plan processes
- Provide financial guidance and recommendations to supply chain leadership on key initiatives investments and operational changes
- Coordinating and building capabilities of interns and other junior members in the team

What You Will Need:
- Bachelors degree in accounting or finance
- 5 years of relevant work experience
- Fluent in English (C1 both written and verbal) another European language is a plus
- Very good knowledge of MSOffice (Excel PowerPoint)
- Strong numerical and analytical skills high attention to detail
- Process and solutionoriented working style with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Strong project management skills agility and desire to work with crossfunctional teams
- High level of ownership and taking the lead for initiatives in your scope
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Experience and/or desire to learn about ERP/BI systems and reporting and analysis platforms
- HFM/EPM knowledge is a plus
