This is a fulltime permanent position offering the unique opportunity to teach across two complementary social science disciplines at Key Stages 4 and 5. Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging and challenging lessons in both Psychology and Sociology drawing connections between the two subjects where appropriate.
- Cover a wide range of topics within both disciplines including psychological theories research methods social structures inequalities and cultural diversity.
- Prepare students for success in GCSE and ALevel examinations in both subjects.
- Develop students critical thinking analytical and research skills.
- Foster an understanding of ethical issues in both psychology and sociology.
- Contribute to the development of both the Psychology and Sociology curricula.

Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- A degree in Psychology Sociology or a closely related field.
- Proven experience teaching both Psychology and Sociology at the secondary level preferably including ALevel.
- Strong subject knowledge in both disciplines and the ability to integrate them effectively.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- The desire to work as a Psychology and Sociology Teacher
