Client Services Administrator

Location: Billericay

Salary: Competitive

Contract Type: Permanent

Working Hours: 40 hours per week MondayFriday

Are you a proactive and resourceful individual who thrives on delivering excellent client support and ensuring seamless communication Join our team as a Client Services Administrator (Front Line Support) and play a vital role in maintaining strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.

About the Role
As a Client Services Administrator youll be the first point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders providing prompt and professional support to enhance the client experience. Working closely with Account Managers and Contract Managers youll ensure client communication is seamless and processes run smoothly. This hybrid role offers a balance of inoffice collaboration (three days per week) and remote flexibility.

Key Responsibilities

  • FrontLine Telephony Support: Respond promptly and accurately to enquiries escalating issues when necessary to ensure efficient resolution.
  • System Management: Keep the Dynamics system up to date ensuring data is accurate and aligned with operational standards.
  • Inbox Management: Collaborate with colleagues to manage the system inbox allocating tasks efficiently to maintain workflow effectiveness.
  • Project Support: Take ownership of allocated projects ensuring successful delivery while maintaining high standards.
  • Client Portals: Regularly update portals with essential links and documents monitor activity and track client interactions.
  • Issue Escalation: Identify and escalate highlevel complaints to Account Managers ensuring prompt and effective resolutions.

  • Proven ability to manage client relationships and provide excellent service.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel Power BI and MS Teams.
