I am recruiting for an incredible leisure brand thathave over 35 sites in the UK and are still growing. They offer a fantasticproduct and have an amazing working culture and progression potential. This isan opportunity not to be missed especially for those of you who are buddingfuture General Managers. This role will be based in Basildon Essex and is aleisure job not to be missed. I am recruiting for an Assistant Manager.
You will assistthe GM in effective people management covering recruitment talentdevelopment training and performance management. Youll excel in drivingrevenue and profitability and importantly thrive in a lively environment.
You will be responsible for guaranteeing that your centre hasthe best standards and service in the industry to ensure the centre is a safeand fun environment for our customers.
What do we need from you
- Management experience ideally within the leisure hospitality or retail industry
- A passion for customer service
- Evidence of inspiring and developing large teams
- A willingness to work nights and weekends
- Desire for success
I am looking to speak to candidates who havemanagement experience working in a multifaceted business. This could be ahealth club family entertainment centre trampoline park bowling Go Kartingor any other leisure business.
As we are an leisure and hospitality business we comealive in the evenings and weekends. Therefore evening and weekend workingflexibility is essential for this role but you are likely to have 1 in 3weekends off.
