Job Description
What Your Impact Will Be:
A Sr.Demand Planner is responsible for building and managing the demand estimate in consensus with the commercial teams aligned with the companys strategy ensuring that the business need is protected and that we have the right product at the right time.
Key responsibilities:
- Responsible for the demand construction and management process for Mxico and Latin America Export Markets at the brand level; this includes: a) generation of volume estimates by product in line with commercial strategies and needs b) demand estimation curves c) transmission of demand to plants using the Anaplan system as a tool d) followup of demand KPIs such as Forecast Variance Forecast Bias and Value Add.
- Lead demand adjustment alignment meetings with commercial teams providing visibility into demand estimates for critical issues and priorities identifying and raising risks and opportunities to get the right product at the right time.
- Follow up on Demand KPIs analyze and understand results and participate in internal meetings to review these KPIs bringing knowledge of results for their brands/country.
- Continue to automate and standardize demand planning processes.
Qualifications :
- 3 to 4 years of experience in Demand Planning / Data Analysis and Synthesis
- Advanced intermediate English
- basic knowledge in Power Bi Power Query and advanced Excel skills
- basic knowledge in commercial terms such as Sell in / Sell Out Forecast Pro / SAPAPO / BlueYonder tools (plus if it is Anaplan).
