Job Description
Unity Works Talent is seeking motivated and driven individuals to join our clients automotive manufacturing team and help shape the future of automotive excellence!
Shifts Available:
- 1st Shift: 6:30 AM 3:00 PM
- Starting Pay: $16.00/hr
- 2nd Shift: 2:30 PM 11:00 PM
- Starting Pay: $17.50/hr
- 3rd Shift: 10:30 PM 7:00 AM
- Starting Pay: $17.00/hr
- Career Growth: Eligible to begin the clients hiring process based on attendance performance evaluations and seniority.
- Top Pay Potential: Once hired by the client pay increases to $20.52/hr with a topout pay of $30.40/hr.

Automotive Assembly Specialists Duties:
Assist with assembly line and production operations to massproduce automotive components or vehicles.
Use basic hand tools to manually assemble automotive parts.
Collaborate with the team to resolve quality issues and implement repair/containment procedures for recurring defects.
Follow company safety quality efficiency and costreduction practices.
Automotive Assembly Specialists Requirements:
Ability to use basic hand tools for assembly 8 hours per day.
Must be able to stand for long periods 8 hours) and work in a fastpaced environment.
Reliable daily transportation to the clients facility in West Point GA.
Willingness to submit to a drug screen and background check.
Previous experience in manufacturing or an industrial setting is preferred but not required.
