Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer service and have a knack for sales We are seeking a motivated Germanspeaking Customer Excellence Representative to join our team. In this role you will be the first point of contact for our Germanspeaking clients delivering excellent support and ensuring that each customers experience is smooth and memorable.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work remotely from Northern Portugal while being part of an exciting and growing team.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide outstanding customer support in German via phone email or chat.

Offer detailed product and service information to meet customer needs.

Professionally handle customer inquiries complaints and concerns.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction at all times.
