Job Description
- Analyzes internal defective parts and update the failure catalogue based on findings;
- Propose/request modification of the failure catalog;
- Prepares documentation for internal and external complaints and 8D problem solving sheet PSS Concessions; Coordinates followsup and check the line release documents;
- Collect and monitor the corrective actions following the analysis of failed or s parts (Q Alert 8D PSS PDCA);
- Fills in the standardized documents for quality topics within the production department with the required information 14 Q Principles QAM 4M 5S Stop Board);
- Complete reports of daily / weekly / monthly quality reports;
- Responsible to manage the quarantine area block store s and release parts according to coresponding documents;
- Coordinates system audits (product and process) in the department;
- Is responsible to maintain and improve the content of the standards of visual inspection performed manually;
- Draws up documents for internal and external complaints;
- Other tasks and responsibilities specific to the position with a temporary character set by the hierarchical superior.
