Job Description

Job Title: HR Intern (Remote)

Job Type: Internship Remote

Job Overview: We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive HR Intern to join our team remotely. As an HR Intern you will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced HR professionals and assist in various HR functions including recruitment employee engagement onboarding and administrative tasks. This internship is an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in pursuing a career in human resources and gaining handson experience in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment process including job postings resume screening and scheduling interviews.

  • Support the onboarding process by preparing documents coordinating orientation sessions and assisting new hires.

  • Help maintain employee records and update HR databases.

  • Assist in employee engagement activities such as surveys feedback sessions and events.

  • Help with performance management processes including tracking employee progress and assisting with evaluations.

  • Provide administrative support to the HR team including preparing reports maintaining files and handling HR correspondence.

  • Assist in HR policy development and implementation.

  • Collaborate with the team to improve HR processes and increase operational efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a degree program in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.

  • Strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote setting.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Preferred (But Not Required):

  • Prior internship or work experience in HR or administration.

  • Familiarity with HR software or applicant tracking systems (ATS).

  • Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
