Job Summary:
We are seeking a detailoriented Accounts Administrator to manage procurement financial reconciliation and payroll processes while ensuring accurate recordkeeping across projects. The role involves utilizing accounting software to process invoices track expenses and maintain financial models for operational transparency. This position is critical for supporting seamless financial workflows and ensuring alignment between procurement project budgets and organizational goals.
- Process supplier invoices in Xero reconcile accounts and link transactions to corresponding projects for accurate financial tracking.
- Manage payroll activities including employee payments tax deductions and compliance with payroll regulations.
- Procure ingredients and supplies through supplier invoices and ecommerce platforms ensuring costeffective purchasing.
- Track inventory allocations to ensure ingredients and resources are accurately assigned to relevant projects or departments.
- Perform data entry tasks in Xero and Zoho Projects CRM to ensure realtime accuracy of financial and project records.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve discrepancies improve procurement processes and streamline reporting.
- Monitor payment deadlines vendor relationships and procurement workflows to avoid delays or overspending.
Requirements
Requirements/Skills Needed:
- A Bachelor s degree in Accounting Finance or a related field is required.
- Experience in accounts administration procurement or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Xero for invoicing reconciliation and financial reporting.
- Familiarity with Zoho Projects CRM for projectlinked financial tracking and collaboration.
- Knowledge in managing payroll systems and payroll compliance standards.
- Strong analytical skills to ensure accuracy in financial models and inventory tracking.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and communication skills for coordinating with suppliers and internal teams.
- Airtable experience is an advantage.
