Job Description

We are seeking a resultsdriven Sales Officer to drive revenue growth by identifying and acquiring new customers managing relationships and promoting our travel technology solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong sales acumen excellent communication skills and a passion for the travel industry.


Summary of Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve assigned targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients travel agencies and key stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends competitor offerings and potential clients.
  • Actively generate leads through networking cold calling and referrals.
Client Relationship Management
  • Understand customer needs and provide tailored travel solutions.
  • Maintain regular followups with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Address customer inquiries resolve complaints and provide aftersales support.
Product & Industry Knowledge
  • Stay updated on company products services and travel technology innovations.
  • Educate clients on the benefits and functionalities of our travel solutions.
  • Monitor market trends and suggest new strategies to enhance sales efforts.


Reporting & Collaboration
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities customer interactions and revenue generation.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts.
  • Work closely with the marketing and customer service teams to align strategies.
  • Participate in sales meetings training sessions and industry events.


Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Achievement of monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Number of new clients acquired.
  • Customer retention and satisfaction rates.
  • Lead conversion rate.
  • Revenue growth from existing accounts.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in sales preferably in travel finance or technology solutions.
  • Strong negotiation persuasion and networking skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Goaloriented with a proactive approach to problemsolving.


Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in the travel industry or corporate travel solutions.
  • Understanding of digital sales and online travel platforms.
