Provide detailed information about academic programs admissions procedures financial aid and campus life.
Guide applicants through the admissions process from initial inquiry to enrollment.
Review and evaluate applications academic records and supporting documents.
Conduct interviews campus tours information sessions and outreach events.
Utilize CRM/ERP systems to manage student data and track communications.
Bachelor s degree in education communication business or related field.
Prior experience of atleast 1 year in admissions counseling.
