Role Overview As an AIML Lead Developer you will be responsible for leading the development of AI and machine learning solutions You will oversee a team of developers ensuring that projects are completed on time and meet the highest standards of quality Your role will involve collaborating with stakeholders to identify project requirements and developing strategies to achieve the desired outcomes You will also provide technical guidance and mentorship to your team helping them enhance their skills and expertise
- Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development of AI and machine learning models and solutions
- Oversee a team of developers ensuring project milestones and deadlines are met
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify project requirements and develop strategies
- Ensure code quality performance and scalability
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
- Stay up to date with the latest AI and machine learning trends and technologies
- Mentor and coach junior developers to improve their skills and productivity
- Coordinate with project managers and other departments to ensure seamless product delivery
Candidates Profile :
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or a related field
- At least 8 years of experience in software development with a focus on AI and machine learning
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and R
- Strong skills in predictive analysis and experience with FastAPI
- Strong leadership qualities and experience managing people projects timelines and budgets
- Excellent problem solving skills and a drive for innovation
- Experience with Natural Language Processing NLP and Generative AI GenAI is a plus
