Program Manager (Business Continuity)
A key opportunity has opened within a global Strategy & Risk group supporting a leading organization in the insurance industry. This role is centered on strengthening operational resilience and business continuity planning across the enterprise. The selected candidate will be instrumental in designing scalable global processes driving proactive risk reporting and delivering insight through data to shape organizational preparedness. With a high degree of autonomy and visibility this role requires both strategic vision and handson in a fastmoving matrixed environment.
What is in it for you:
Salaried: $75 to $85 per hour.
Incorporated Business Rate: $88 to $98 per hour.
3month contract with the potential for permanent employment.
Fulltime position: 37.50 hours per week.
Weekday schedule from 9 am to 5 pm.
Hybrid work: 3 office days from Tuesday to Thursday.

Responsibilities:
Monitor and report on the of business continuity plans.
Design and implement global processes and capabilities including reporting frameworks and proactive risk monitoring (e.g. external events AIbased insights).
Define aggregate analyze and report on enterprise KPIs and KRIs to assess progress and organizational risk posture.
Track and follow up on remediation actions across relevant departments.
Support core projects within Strategy & Risk with the possibility of contributing to others based on capacity.
What you will need to succeed:
Bachelor s degree in business administration strategy operations management or a related field.
10 years of experience in Insurance Banking or Wealth and Asset Management.
5 years in a Business Continuity Management or Operations Management role preferably within Line 1 (Operations).
Strong understanding of operational resilience and business continuity risk frameworks.
Expert knowledge of risk management principles methodologies and tools.
Proven ability to analyze complex business problems and synthesize large volumes of data.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and experience with analytics/dashboarding tools such as Power BI and SQL.
Demonstrated success delivering complex crossfunctional and timesensitive programs in alignment with business and regulatory goals.
Experience working within a global or matrixed organizational structure.
High level of initiative and accountability with a strong sense of ownership over project deliverables.
Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage and guide distributed teams.
Membership in industry associations such as the Business Continuity Institute or Resilience Information Exchange (RIE) considered an asset.
