Talent Acquisition Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Strategy 50
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and selection criteria.
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
- Conduct interviews and guide hiring teams on best practices.
- Enhance employer branding and boost online presence in collaboration with Communications.
Candidate & Employee Experience 40
- Provide guidance to hiring managers on job descriptions adverts and recruitment methods.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding experience working closely with L&D and People Partners.
- Maintain communication with new hires during their first six months to ensure engagement.
- Collect feedback to improve the candidate journey and overall hiring experience.
Reporting & Compliance 10
- Track and report key hiring metrics including timetofill and source effectiveness.
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with employment laws and internal policies.
- Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and negotiate costeffective hiring solutions.
Requirements
What We re Looking For
- Proven Experience: Significant inhouse recruitment experience managing multiple UK vacancies across a broad spectrum of roles.
- Strategic Mindset: Ability to implement process efficiencies and improve hiring workflows.
- TechSavvy: Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR systems (e.g. Cascade IRIS).
- PeopleCentric Approach: Excellent relationshipbuilding influencing and communication skills.
- Knowledgeable: Understanding of employment law related to recruitment practices.
Location: Westminster / Victoria 2 x days in the London office (flexibility available)
Hours: 36.25 per week
Commence: April 2025 (no more than a one month notice is viable)
