JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking an organised and proactive Project Coordinator to support our project team in the successful delivery of services. Working under the supervision of the Project Supervisor you will be responsible for assisting with various tasks including purchasing scheduling administrative support and more. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities effectively.
Purchasing & Inventory Management:
Assist in the purchasing process ensuring that necessary materials and equipment are ordered promptly and efficiently.
Communicate with the internal team to track stock requirements for vehicles and ensure adequate supplies.
Scheduling & Planning:
Help create and manage schedules for projectrelated tasks and activities.
Assist with planning checks and plan creation ensuring alignment with project timelines and goals.
Administrative Support:
Provide general administrative support to the project team including data entry and maintaining project documentation.
Complete warranty documentation and ensure it is accurately processed and stored.
Auditing & Reporting:
Assist in auditing teams to ensure compliance with internal procedures and quality standards.
Create and review reports ensuring accuracy and consistency across all project documentation.
Internal Communication:
Act as a liaison between internal teams to communicate requirements and project needs specifically related to stock requirements for vehicles.
SKILLS:
Proven experience in project coordination or similar administrative roles.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint etc..
Experience with SimPRO is highly advantageous.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot errors and ensure consistency.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organisational skills and a proactive attitude.
