Your Career
The ManagerMarketing FP&A will be responsible for driving the Marketing Development Fund and Program spend management. The role involves collaborating with the Field Marketing teams managing budgets and ownership on approvals of MDF and program spend. The ManagerMarketing FP&A will play a key role in driving due diligence marketing kpis/metrics & process standardization within the COE.
Your Impact
- Budget Management of MDF and Program Spend
- Engage with the Field Marketing teams to track spend linearity and provide spend insights & metrics
- Assist with budget management of Marketing Program spend and help drive spend
- Manage all the Operational aspects of Allocadia (Program Spend tool) and MDF tool and ensure alignment to approved budgets
- Manage the monthend close process for MDF & Marketing Program spend
- Engage on budgeting forecasting and financial modeling processes as required
- Optimize marketing spend allocation by analyzing cost efficiency and profitability
- Manage the preparation and delivery of accurate Financial Reports
- Monitor and report financial KPIs and prepare reports for senior leadership
- Drive process improvements and standardization initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies and local regulations.
- Identify and mitigate risks related to marketing investments and operational expenses.
- Partner with finance & marketing teams to align on strategic objectives and improve decisionmaking.
- Develop into being a Marketing Super User and manage all UAT processes and SAC Forecast Load processes
- Communicate effectively with team and business partners to build relationships and present actionable and insightful recommendations
Qualifications :
Your Experience
Educational Background:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Marketing Finance or a related field.
Experience:
- 9 years of experience in Marketing strategy Financial planning and Operations Management
- Experience in a COE or shared services environment is preferred.
- Proven ability to manage global stakeholders and crossfunctional teams.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in budget management Reporting and forecasting.
- Expertise in Marketing Tools / Applications (e.g. Allocadia) and BI tools (e.g. Power BI Tableau).
- Knowledge of automation tools and process improvement methodologies.
Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Effective leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with global teams.
- High adaptability to dynamic business environments.
