Job Description
- Develop and implement an effective recruitment strategy to attract the most suitable candidates;
- Manage the full recruitment process including candidate sourcing interviewing and hiring;
- Monitor and analyze recruitment data preparing reports to optimize hiring processes;
- Lead and motivate the recruitment team ensuring successful performance of duties;
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify workforce needs and develop effective recruitment plans;
- Participate in annual recruitment budget planning;
- Advise other departments and colleagues on recruitmentrelated matters;
- Ensure compliance with Latvian labor laws and regulations in all recruitment processes.
Qualifications :
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR
- At least 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition preferably in a managerial role (experience in a large international company will be considered an advantage);
- Indepth understanding of modern recruitment strategies experience in managing recruitment processes and analyzing recruitment data;
- Strong collaboration and communication skills;
- Knowledge of Latvian labor law regulations related to hiring and employment documentation;
- High stress tolerance and ability to work in a dynamic environment;
- Good computer skills proficiency in Microsoft Office tools Jira Confluence and experience working with HR management systems;
- Excellent English language skills (speaking reading writing) Our company operates in an international environment so English language skills are essential for effective collaboration with colleagues and successful performance of work tasks.
