Job Description
Internal Job Title: Reconciler
Job Type: Permanent FullTime
Job Location: Calgary AB
Work Model: Onsite
Shift: Night shift 6.00 pm to 6.00 am)
Wage: $26.75/hour plus $1.50/hour night shift premium
Responsibilities
- Pick and prepare orders for the production line against supplied order manifest within a highly secure environment.
- Audit completed production order against manifest ensuring 100 integrity match.
- Prepare package and audit the order for secure shipment.
Qualifications :
Knowledge Skills and Experience
- Numeracy skills (e.g. addition subtraction multiplication division etc.
- Computer literacy
- Attention to detail
- Ability to follow direction (e.g. SOPs verbal instructions etc.
- Problemsolving skills
- Interpersonal skills (e.g. communication teamwork)
- Product fulfillment experience is an asset
- Quality control experience is an asset
Mandatory Requirements
- Language: Fluency in English (reading writing speaking)
- Work Hours: Ability to work rotating night shifts
- 3 x 12 hour shifts 6.00 pm to 6.00 AM)
- Monday to Wednesday or Thursday to Saturday
- Shift rotates every 4 to 6 weeks
- Security Clearance: Ability to obtain (in a timely manner) and maintain Government of Canada Secret (Level II) clearance
