Position Overview
We are seeking two highly skilled trilingual customer care professionals fluent in Swiss French Swiss Italian and Swiss German to join our remote team on a parttime basis. This is a fully remote workfromhome position supporting a premium client in the medical and pharmaceutical industry.
Your role is critical in ensuring that pharmaceutical packaging processes meet the highest standards of quality and compliance while providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries regarding orders product and service complaints adverse events and general concerns.
Handle order entry for home patients and clinics.
Document all inquiries thoroughly and accurately following company procedures.
Investigate and resolve shipment return credit and order issues independently.
Escalate complex cases as needed.
Expedite customer orders and process credits/returns when required.
Onboard and set up new patients maintaining accurate records.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams and clinics to ensure seamless service.
Maintain patient prescriptions/records and attend customer care meetings and training.
Adhere to company procedures related to complaint management and compliance.
Requirements
Education & Experience:
Required: High school diploma.
Preferred: Bachelors degree in life sciences health sciences or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service (required).
Preferred: 5 years of experience preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry with knowledge of supply chain processes.
Skills & Qualifications:
Nativelevel fluency in Swiss French Swiss Italian and Swiss German.
Professionallevel English proficiency.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced environment.
Analytical and problemsolving mindset.
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
Confidence in leading conversations and asking the right questions.
Experience interacting with healthcare professionals including nurses and doctors.
Multitasking ability with a focus on achieving targets and metrics.
Training & Work Schedule
Paid training program.
Work hours: Monday to Friday 9 AM 5 PM CEST. One shift of parttime hours between 9 AM 1 PM or 2 PM 5 PM.
Position to start training midApril.
