Job Title: Podcast Marketing Coordinator
Location:
Remote (EST Time Zone)
Salary Range:
up to 1200 USD base performance bonuses

Work Schedule:
Monday Friday 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (EST)

Position Overview:

Were seeking a Podcast Marketing Manager to drive podcast audience growth through strategic guest outreach marketing campaigns and content promotion this is not a technical production role. The ideal candidate is highly organized resultsdriven and experienced in YouTube marketing social media growth and audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage a guest outreach pipeline via LinkedIn Sales Navigator & email.
  • Oversee podcast publishing and coordinate with editors.
  • Lead YouTube marketing efforts ensuring podcast episodes gain traction and visibility.
  • Optimize and promote podcast episodes across YouTube Apple Podcasts Spotify and BuzzSprout.
  • Run social media campaigns audience engagement initiatives and paid ad strategies.
  • Create compelling marketing content newsletters and promotional assets (Canva HubSpot).
  • Analyze performance metrics and continuously refine marketing strategies.


Qualifications:

  • 23 years of experience in marketing digital media or podcast growth strategies.
  • Proven experience in YouTube marketing including SEO thumbnail optimization and audience growth strategies.
  • Strong skills in LinkedIn Sales Navigator HubSpot CRM and Canva.
  • Strong communication organization and problemsolving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and adapt quickly in a fastpaced environment.
  • Detailoriented with a processdriven mindset and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • This role is a great fit for someone who is coachable processdriven and eager to grow in the podcast marketing space.

  • LinkedIn Sales Navigator experience.


Additional Requirements:

  • Candidates must provide:
  • Examples of YouTube channels for any B2B podcasts they have managed.
  • Links to B2B podcasts they have handled.
  • Proof that their YouTube content has driven significant engagement (e.g. 1K views per video).
