Job Title: Lead UI Engineer
Location: Remote (EST Time Zone)
Salary Range: up to 3500 USD
Work Schedule: Monday Friday 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (EST)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a Lead UI Engineer with a unique blend of design expertise and advanced frontend development skills. This role is ideal for someone who started in design developed a passion for coding and has mastered browser engines parallel data fetching processing and rendering.
As a technical leader you will drive frontend architecture and framework decisions mentor a team of fullstack developers and ensure the delivery of exceptional user experiences for complex financial applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the frontend architecture and framework strategy.
- Guide and mentor fullstack developers on best practices in frontend development.
- Build highperformance user interfaces for dataintensive internal dashboards and portals.
- Optimize browser rendering data fetching and processing workflows.
- Ensure scalability security and performance in frontend solutions.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including backend engineers and product designers.
Qualifications:
- Strong experience in React/Redux GraphQL TypeScript and Figma.
- Deep understanding of browser engines rendering performance and frontend architecture.
- Experience building dataintensive applications in fintech or investmentrelated domains.
- Strong knowledge of finance investments and industryspecific terminology.
- Ability to lead and mentor a team of engineers.
NicetoHaves:
- Experience with Shadcn and Storybook.
- Handson experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Some exposure to backend services.
- Previous experience in fintech or private fund environments.
- Experience managing a small team of 23 engineers.
