Job Title: YouTube Content Manager
Location: Remote
Salary Range: up to 2000 USD (total earnings are calculated on performance bonus)
Work Schedule: Flexible hours with availability for content reviews as needed

About the Company:
Sagan represents a fastgrowing digital media company focused on YouTube content creation. The team produces highquality engaging videos that reach a global audience. This role will be instrumental in shaping the channels content and growth strategy.
Position Overview:
Looking for a YouTube Content Manager (or Brand Manager) to help oversee and grow faceless YouTube channels. This role is about more than video productionit requires a deep understanding of audience psychology content strategy and engagement optimization. The ideal candidate will start handson learning the ins and outs of content development before transitioning into a leadership role.
Key Responsibilities:
Channel Strategy & Research:
- Work with the team to identify and develop YouTube channels in various niches.
- Conduct market research to find content opportunities.
- Optimize video titles thumbnails and concepts for engagement.
- Analyze YouTube trends and audience behavior to drive views and subscriptions.
Content Development & Management:
- Oversee scriptwriting video structuring and content planning.
- Guide the editing and production process (though editing skills are not mandatory).
- Ensure content aligns with the channels growth strategy.
- Manage and eventually lead a team of scriptwriters editors and researchers.
Entrepreneurial Growth & Mentorship:
- This is a longterm role with growth potential.
- Candidates will start handson in content creation before moving into leadership.
- Over time they will train and oversee a content team with a profitsharing model.
Qualifications:
- No YouTube experience required but a background in:
Writing marketing sales or storytelling.
Digital strategy (SEO audience engagement).
Basic video editing (Adobe Premiere After Effects) a plus.
Leadership or people management experience beneficial.
NicetoHaves:
- Highly motivated and ambitious (not looking for a 95 job).
- Comfortable with a performancebased model (profit sharing as a key incentive).
- Fast learner open to feedback and adaptable to new content strategies.
