Key Responsibilities:

• Campaign Creation & Optimization: Assist in the creation and management of Google Ads campaigns for clients ensuring their ads reach the right audience and deliver the best possible results.
• Performance Analysis: Monitor campaign performance and analyze key metrics to make datadriven decisions that enhance campaign effectiveness and optimize ROI.
• Client Collaboration: Work closely with senior campaign specialists to understand client objectives refine strategies and provide regular updates on campaign performance.
• Search Engine Marketing (SEM): Support in keyword research bid adjustments and ad copy testing to improve overall campaign performance.
• Reporting & Insights: Assist in preparing reports and insights for clients helping them understand the performance and impact of their digital advertising efforts.
• Google Ads Best Practices: Continuously learn and apply Google Ads best practices to improve the effectiveness of campaigns.
• Support Campaign Management: Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure campaigns are implemented smoothly and efficiently.

Requirements:

• Education: A relevant degree or equivalent practical experience in digital marketing business or a related field.
• Language Skills: Nativelevel proficiency in German and strong communication skills in English.
• Experience: 01 years of experience in digital marketing preferably with an interest in Google Ads or PPC campaign management.
• Skills:
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and optimize for better performance.
  • Detailoriented and highly organized with a strong desire to learn and grow.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment both independently and within a team.
  • Basic understanding of Google Ads and digital marketing concepts.
