Collision Center Estimator
Accuracy. Honesty. Attention to detail. If you have these qualities AND want to make a great living putting them to use then our dealership has an opportunity for you. As our collision center estimator you will work with some of the best collision center managers in the business to ensure that repairs are estimated properly and delivered as promised. Our goal is to always exceed expectations and we need estimators who feel the same way.
Prior experience as an estimator or in a customer service role is preferred.
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare honest accurate and complete damage estimates for customers
- Inspect damaged vehicles thoroughly using standard written procedures
- Estimate repair costs and the anticipated time needed to complete them
- Monitor repairs as they are made and track costs labor and materials
- Ensure that all work meets quality standards
- Provide exceptional customer service and followup
- Coordinate and communicate actions within the dealership and the collision center
Qualificationsand Professional Attributes
- Demonstrated ability to work professionally and courteously with customers
- A peoplefocused mindset and a passion for providing great customer service
- Proficiency with multiline phone systems and computers
- Ability to work in a fastpaced work environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Professional appearance and strong work ethic
- Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively in English
Collision Center Paint Technician
You are a painter at heart. And metal is your canvass. While we dont need the next great fine artist we do need a paint tech with serious skills. If thats you then the rewards can be outstanding. At our busy dealerships collision center we need paint techs who are highly focused driven by results and motivated by a job well done. It helps to have a great eye for color finishes and details too.
Job Responsibilities
- Inspect prep work
- Tape and mask vehicle
- Mix paint
- Apply paint coating
- Communicate status of all work to estimator
- Visually match all colors in paint color spectrum
- Inspect finished product for overall quality
- Attend weekly department meetings
Collision Center Technician
We know that good body techs do more than repairs they make our customers vehiclesand our shoplook good! If you are experienced hardworking and known for your skill and attention to detail then our busy collision center may be the perfect fit for you. You will need to have at least six months of experience in frame metal and interior repairs on collisiondamaged vehicles to qualify for this amazing opportunity with excellent earning potential.
Job Responsibilities
- Possess an operating knowledge of measuring systems
- Diagnose and repair fullframe vehicles and unibody structural damage
- Repair and replace body panels
- Replace damaged wiring harnesses or reinstall harnesses after body repair
- Remove and reinstall interiors
- Attend weekly department meetings
- Maintain clean work area
