Job Description
Our client in the Charleston area has an immediate opening for a qualifiedProject Support Coordinator.
Compensation:$55K $65K Benefits
Schedule:5 days in office
Position Overview:
- Process Invoices through bill for payment ensuring accurate coding.
- File and maintain copies of invoices that are paid via other methods than bill
- Sync QB with bill daily and fix any errors that arise.
- Manage Vendor relationships (W9 insurance requirements lien waivers).
- Work with Project Managers and Safety Managers to maintain sitespecific safety data sheets.
- Obtain and file project permits.
- Assist PM with submittal of shop drawing asbuilt review and project closeout documentation.
Requirements:
- Associate degree
- 2 years of Project Coordination/Project Support
- Detail Orientated
