Job Description

A Director is a member of our top leadership team.
All leaders at ChickfilA are responsible for embodying the Owner/Operators vision and core values creating a fun and focused work environment leading and coaching others toward success and ensuring all aspects of shift management result in an outstanding experience for each guest.
Restaurant Directors work to implement the business mission and strategy alongside the Owner/Operator by developing and coaching restaurant leaders crafting and implementing strategies for operational and driving the team toward success and business results.
The work schedule for this position will rotate to include a combination of opening midshift and closing. Working at ChickfilA is more than just a job its an opportunity to gain valuable skills and life experience that goes beyond just serving a great product in a friendly environment.
