The Regional Sales Team is seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Account Executive Manager to join our team and manage relationships with our key clients in Mexico. What an Account Executive Manager does at Visa:
Client Support and Account Management:
Play a crucial role in supporting clients by executing comprehensive account plans and sales strategies to boost revenue from existing and new business opportunities.
Provide dedicated client relationship assistance to Visas issuing clients ensuring they are equipped with the most suitable Visa products and services.
Revenue Generation and Business Development:
Identify new revenue opportunities and manage current contractual obligations with clients.
Proactively develop opportunities manage sales pipelines and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to grow both client and Visas business.
Strategic Planning and :
Assist in the development and of strategic plans to achieve business objectives.
Support disciplined account planning to meet and exceed identified goals and implement strategic initiatives.
Financial Analysis and P&L Understanding:
Utilize strong analytical and numerical skills to analyze financial data and generate insights for strategic decisionmaking.
Demonstrate indepth knowledge of bank profit and loss (P&L) statements understanding how various financial products and services impact a banks bottom line.
Apply financial acumen to manage revenue forecasting budgeting and financial performance tracking.
Relationship Building and Stakeholder Management:
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across various functions within client organizations.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients understanding their business needs and challenges fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement and providing tailored Visa solutions.
Collaboration and CrossFunctional Coordination:
Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams within Visa to ensure alignment and of business development initiatives.
Client Satisfaction and Issue Resolution:
Ensure client satisfaction and loyalty by delivering exceptional service and value.
Effectively address and resolve any issues or concerns ensuring clients have a positive experience with Visa.
Market Insight and Strategic DecisionMaking:
Keep abreast of market trends competitor activities and regulatory changes.
Leverage this knowledge to inform strategic decisions and initiatives ensuring Visa remains a leader in the payments industry.
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
Qualifications :
Basic Qualification
least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters MBA
JD MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD
