You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailPortico are on the lookout for a friendly and energetic Receptionist (Client Host) to join our team based at one of the worlds largest general insurance & reinsurance companies.
The Client Host team play and essential role in the front of house services at this site. It is a multifaceted role with a focus on exceptional customer care at the core of everything they do!
Duties include:
Providing a friendly and courteous welcome for all visitors
Handling all incoming telephone calls and enquiries promptly using the correct salutation
Managing all meeting room bookings queries changes & requests
Owning all front of house areas carrying out inspections throughout the day to check general cleanliness of multiple conference rooms and reception areas
Replenishing supplies of the necessary items within the front of house areas
Shifts: 40 hours per week from MonFri between 07:0018:00
Salary: 32266 per annum
Qualifications :
Along with clear and effective communication skills. The successful Client Host will be familiar with room reservation operations have a good knowledge of relevant audiovisual services and effortlessly develop rapport with others.
They will be a wellpresented ambassador for our client. Paying attention to the details whilst showing the ability to adapt and think outside of the box to exceed expectations wherever possible. Confidence passion punctuality teamwork and problemsolving skills are all essential traits for this position.
