As Financial Controller you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the financial operations of the company. You will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of financial reporting managing cash flow and contributing to the development of financial strategies that support the companys goals.
What you will do:
- Oversee Group reporting tasks and procedures ensuring compliance and accuracy.
- Coordinate monthly and annual financial closings from a Group reporting perspective.
- Engage in daytoday activities providing adhoc feedback on various business topics.
- Prepare financial analyses and reports for relevant authorities.
- Maintain highquality and accurate financial information.
- Monitor and manage the companys cash flow position.
What you bring & who you are:
- Bachelors degree in accounting or finance.
- 5 years of experience in Controlling and IFRS reporting.
- Strong knowledge of Romanian Local GAAP and IFRS.
- Proficiency in financial analysis and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong organizational communication and stress management skills.
- Ability to work independently and train/manage staff.
